Applications

  • Modal Analysis of lightweight structures
  • Automotive
  • Aerospace
  • Machine Monitoring
  • Condition Monitoring
  • Impact Testing
  • Industrial

High output together with minimal susceptibility to strain induced error extends the measurement range of the A/21 down to the 10-5g, 10-1Hz region. The A/21 application area thus includes low level, low frequency dynamic analysis as occurs in the civil and marine engineering fields. The KONIC shear® sensing element, all welded construction, and total absence of epoxies and soldered connections maximises sensitivity /mass ratio (3pC/gm), reliability, and operating temperature.

Calibration

All DJB Accelerometers are calibrated on site prior to despatch, and are accompanied by a calibration chart with temperature and frequency responses listed. Periodic calibration can be carried out with our VC-01 Handheld Calibrator whilst we also offer a full calibration service including cross axis checks to aid accuracy of data. We are able to provide this service for all makes of accelerometer with a full report given for each device. Please contact us with an enquiry
